Vic: Top arts chiefs face questions over spending: report

MELBOURNE, Feb 6 AAP - Two of Victoria's top arts chiefs are facing an investigation
after documents indicated "wild spending of taxpayers' money", the Herald Sun reported
today.

The paper claimed the de facto partner of the director of the state film group, Cinemedia,
gained a $456,000 contract for a project that was later valued at $394,000.

The project was a coin-operated booth meant for installation in Federation Square to
screen short films and download portraits to the Internet.
